(a) In general Section 1903(t)(3)(B)(v) of the Social Security Act (42 U.S.C. 1396b(t)(3)(B)(v)) is amended to read as follows: (v) physician assistant.. (b) Effective date The amendment made by subsection (a) shall apply with respect to amounts expended under section 1903(a)(3)(F) of the Social Security Act (42 U.S.C. 1396b(a)(3)(F)) for calendar quarters beginning on or after the date of the enactment of this Act.
