Section 4(b)(2) of the Food and Nutrition Act of 2008 (7 U.S.C. 2013(b)(2)) is amended by striking subparagraph (C) and inserting the following: (C) Simultaneous participation in SNAP A plan for distribution described in paragraph (1) shall permit any household eligible to participate in the program established under this subsection to simultaneously participate in the supplemental nutrition assistance program..
