Annual reports

Not later than 1 year after the effective date described in section 13, and annually thereafter, the Commission shall publish a report regarding— (1) the compliance of covered entities with sections 6 and 7; and (2) any observed risks and recommended best practices regarding each tier of companion AI chatbots.
