Requirements of tier I companion AI chatbots

A covered entity shall— (1) require a tier I companion AI chatbot to provide a disclosure described in section 4(b) not less frequently than every 3 hours during a continuing interaction between such chatbot and a minor user; and (2) prohibit a tier I companion AI chatbot from claiming to be a human or a licensed professional in any field to a minor user.
