State Energy programs

Section 362 of the Energy Policy and Conservation Act (42 U.S.C. 6322) is amended— (1) in subsection (c)(7)(B), by inserting, including microgrids (as defined in section 367(a)) before the semicolon at the end; and (2) in subsection (d)(10), by inserting, such as distributed energy resources and virtual power plants before the semicolon at the end.
