Section 23 of the Commodity Exchange Act (7 U.S.C. 26) is amended— (1) in subsection (c)(1)(B)(i)(III), by striking the Act each place it appears and inserting this Act; and (2) in subsection (f)(3), by striking section 7064 and inserting section 706.
