Agreements for shuttle or other transportation services on National Forest System land and National Park System land

In entering into an agreement with an entity to provide shuttle or other transportation services on or to covered land, an appropriate agency head shall give priority consideration to an entity that would provide the applicable services using zero-emission vehicles.
