Section 805(a)(2) of the Federal Lands Recreation Enhancement Act (16 U.S.C. 6804(a)(2)) is amended— (1) in the paragraph heading, by striking Image competition and inserting Images; (2) in the second sentence, by striking The and inserting the following: (B) Requirements The; (3) in the first sentence, by striking The Secretaries and inserting the following: (A) In general The Secretaries; and (4) by adding at the end the following: (C) Limitation The image used on the National Parks and Federal Recreational Lands Pass may not include a living current or former elected official or other living political figure..
