Judicial review of regulations

Section 101(d) (30 U.S.C. 811(d)) is amended— (1) in the first sentence— (A) by striking this section may and inserting this section or a regulation promulgated under this Act may; and (B) by striking such standard each place it appears and inserting such standard or regulation; (2) in the third sentence, by inserting or regulation after standard; (3) in the fifth sentence, by inserting or regulation after standard; and (4) in the sixth sentence, by inserting or regulation after standard.
