Mandatory disclosures for covered deployers of covered systems

Not later than 150 days after the date of enactment of this Act, the Commission, in consultation with the Director of the National Institute of Standards and Technology, shall promulgate regulations in accordance with section 553 of title 5, United States Code, to establish disclosure requirements for covered deployers with respect to covered systems consistent with the requirements for developers of covered models described in section 4, as determined by the Commission to be appropriate for a covered deployer with respect to a covered system.
