In this Act: (1) Artificial intelligence The term artificial intelligence has the meaning given the term in section 5002 of the National Artificial Intelligence Initiative Act of 2020 (15 U.S.C. 9401). (2) Artificial intelligence horizon fund The term Artificial Intelligence Horizon Fund means the fund established under section 101(b)(1). (3) Artificial intelligence advisory council The term Artificial Intelligence Advisory Council means the council established by section 101(c)(1).
