(a) In general Section 204 of the Food for Peace Act (7 U.S.C. 1724) is repealed. (b) Conforming amendment Section 302(c)(1) of the Bill Emerson Humanitarian Trust Act (7 U.S.C. 1736f–1(c)(1)) is amended by striking subparagraph (D).
