Section 203(e) of the Agricultural Trade Act of 1978 (7 U.S.C. 5623(e)) is amended by adding at the end the following: (8) Definition of specialty crop In this subsection, the term specialty crop has the meaning given the term in section 3 of the Specialty Crops Competitiveness Act of 2004 (7 U.S.C. 1621 note; Public Law 108–465)..
