Section 302 of the Bill Emerson Humanitarian Trust Act (7 U.S.C. 1736f–1) is amended— (1) in subsection (b)(2)(B)(i), by striking 2023 each place it appears and inserting 2031; (2) in subsection (c)(1)(C), by striking of that and inserting of the Food for Peace; (3) in subsection (d)(2)— (A) in subparagraph (B), by adding and after the semicolon at the end; and (B) in subparagraph (C), by striking; and at the end and inserting a period; and (4) in subsection (h)— (A) in paragraph (1), by striking 2023 and inserting 2031; and (B) in paragraph (2), by striking 2026 and inserting 2031.
