Section 5 of the Agriculture and Consumer Protection Act of 1973 (7 U.S.C. 612c note; Public Law 93–86) is amended— (1) in subsection (a), in each of paragraphs (1) and (2)(B), by striking 2023 each place it appears and inserting 2031; and (2) in subsection (d)(2), in the first sentence, by striking 2023 and inserting 2031.
