Section 4402 of the Farm Security and Rural Investment Act of 2002 (7 U.S.C. 3007) is amended— (1) in subsection (a), by striking 2023 and inserting 2031; and (2) in subsection (b)(1), by striking and herbs and inserting herbs, and tree nuts (including shelled tree nuts).
