Section 3.7(b)(2)(A)(i) of the Farm Credit Act of 1971 (12 U.S.C. 2128(b)(2)(A)(i)) is amended, in the undesignated matter following subclause (II), by striking 50 percent of the bank’s capital each place it appears and inserting 15 percent of the total assets of the bank.
