Section 343(a)(11) of the Consolidated Farm and Rural Development Act (7 U.S.C. 1991(a)(11)) is amended— (1) by striking subparagraph (C); and (2) by redesignating subparagraphs (D) through (G) as subparagraphs (C) through (F), respectively.
