Section 346(b)(2) of the Consolidated Farm and Rural Development Act (7 U.S.C. 1994(b)(2)) is amended— (1) in subparagraph (A)— (A) in clause (i)(II), by inserting, to the extent practicable after April 1 of the fiscal year; (B) in clause (ii)(III), by striking 2023 and inserting 2031; and (C) in clause (iii), by inserting, to the extent practicable after September 1 of the fiscal year; and (2) in subparagraph (B)(iii), by inserting, to the extent practicable after April 1 of the fiscal year.
