Section 310B(c) of the Consolidated Farm and Rural Development Act (7 U.S.C. 1932(c)) is amended— (1) in paragraph (3)(A)— (A) in clause (iv), by striking and at the end; (B) in clause (v), by striking or at the end and inserting and; and (C) by adding at the end the following: (vi) support outdoor recreation; or; (2) in paragraph (4)(A), by striking 2023 and inserting 2031; (3) by redesignating paragraph (4) as paragraph (5); and (4) by inserting after paragraph (3) the following: (4) Multiyear grants The Secretary may award grants under this subsection for a period of more than 1 year, but not more than 5 years..
