Section 604(e) of the Agricultural Research, Extension, and Education Reform Act of 1998 (7 U.S.C. 7642(e)) is amended by striking $2,500,000 for each of fiscal years 2008 through 2023 and inserting $5,000,000 for each of fiscal years 2027 through 2031.
