Section 502(b) of the Federal Crop Insurance Act (7 U.S.C. 1502(b)) is amended— (1) by redesignating paragraphs (13) and (14) as paragraphs (14) and (15), respectively; and (2) by inserting after paragraph (12) the following: (13) Specialty crop The term specialty crop has the meaning given the term in section 3 of the Specialty Crops Competitiveness Act of 2004 (7 U.S.C. 1621 note; Public Law 108–465)..
