Section 9(a)(2) of the Richard B. Russell National School Lunch Act (42 U.S.C. 1758(a)(2)) is amended— (1) in subparagraph (A), in the matter preceding clause (i), by striking Act— and inserting Act and breakfasts served by schools participating in the school breakfast program under section 4 of the Child Nutrition Act of 1966 (42 U.S.C. 1773)—; (2) in subparagraph (C), in the matter preceding clause (i), by inserting or the school breakfast program under section 4 of the Child Nutrition Act of 1966 (42 U.S.C. 1773) after Act; and (3) in subparagraph (D), by striking section 210.10 and inserting sections 210.10 and 220.8.
