Section 235(a)(3) of the Immigration and Nationality Act (8 U.S.C. 1225(a)(3)) is amended by adding at the end the following: An immigration officer who has reason to believe an arriving alien may be inadmissible under section 212(a)(10)(F) shall refer such alien for secondary inspection in accordance with procedures prescribed by the Secretary of Homeland Security..
