Title I — Foreign service institute training

The Secretary of State shall require specialized training on risk assessment and mitigation strategies for Foreign Service Officers identified as Economic Officers prior to deployment to United States presence posts in countries where there exists— (1) a heightened risk of supply chain disruptions; (2) existing or probable resource conflict; or (3) strategic resource vulnerabilities.
