Termination of authority

(a) Termination The authorities provided under this Act and the amendments made by this Act shall terminate on the date that is 10 years after the date of enactment of this Act. (b) Continuation of existing agreements The termination under subsection (a) shall not apply to— (1) any bilateral or multilateral partnership, agreement, grant, or cooperative agreement entered into before that date of termination; or (2) any administrative or oversight activities necessary to conclude such a partnership, agreement, grant, contract, or cooperative agreement, as applicable.
