Oversight

Not later than 60 days after the date of enactment of this Act, the Secretary shall submit to Congress a report that, with respect to funding made available by the Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act (Public Law 117–58; 135 Stat. 429) or Public Law 117–169 (commonly known as the Inflation Reduction Act of 2022) for purposes of forestry— (1) explains the methodology for priority landscapes set by the Secretary; (2) describes the metrics the Secretary is using for measuring performance and outcomes; and (3) describes the allocation of funds to States, forests, and Indian Tribes.
