In this Act: (1) Bureau The term Bureau means the Bureau of Land Management. (2) Range improvement The term range improvement has the meaning given the term in section 3 of the Public Rangelands Improvement Act of 1978 (43 U.S.C. 1902). (3) Secretary The term Secretary means the Secretary of the Interior. (4) State The term State means the State of Wyoming. (5) Wilderness area The term wilderness area means a wilderness area designated by section 3.
