(a) In general There is authorized to be appropriated $20,000,000 for fiscal year 2026 to carry out this Act. (b) Rescission Of the amount appropriated under the heading assistance for europe, eurasia, and central asia in title IV of the Ukraine Security Supplemental Appropriations Act, 2024 (division B of Public Law 118–50), $20,000,000 is rescinded.
