Section 772(c)(1)(B) of the Tariff Act of 1930 (19 U.S.C. 1677a(c)(1)(B)) is amended— (1) by striking any; and (2) by inserting after United States the following:, but that amount shall not exceed the per unit amount of such duties contained in the weighted average cost of production.
