Not later than 60 days after the date of enactment of this Act, and on a recurrent basis until implementation is complete, the Secretary of Defense shall brief the Committee on Small Business and Entrepreneurship of the Senate and the Committee on Small Business and the Committee on Science, Space, and Technology of the House of Representatives on the implementation of paragraph (3) of section 9(ff) of the Small Business Act (15 U.S.C. 638(ff)), as added by section 102.
