Section 1890(d)(2) of the Social Security Act (42 U.S.C. 1395aaa(d)(2)) is amended— (1) in the first sentence— (A) by striking $11,030,000 and inserting $14,000,000; and (B) by striking March 31, 2025 and inserting December 31, 2025; and (2) in the third sentence, by striking March 31, 2025 and inserting December 31, 2025.
