(1) In general Section 319I of the Public Health Service Act (42 U.S.C. 247d–7b) is amended— (A) in subsection (a), by striking Not later than 12 months after the date of enactment of the Pandemic and All-Hazards Preparedness Act, the Secretary shall link existing State verification systems to maintain a single national interoperable network of systems, and inserting The Secretary shall continue to maintain a single national interoperable network of verification systems, and (B) in subsection (k), by striking 2019 through 2023 and inserting 2025 and 2026, to remain available through December 31, 2026.
