Section 501(c)(1)(A)(viii) of the Social Security Act (42 U.S.C. 701(c)(1)(A)(viii)) is amended— (1) by striking $3,000,000 and inserting $3,200,000; and (2) by striking April 1, 2025 and inserting April 12, 2025.
