Mentoring

(a) Briefing Not later than 180 days after the date of the enactment of this Act, the Administrator shall provide the appropriate committees of Congress with a briefing on existing NASA-wide mentoring programs that are focused in whole or in part on ensuring a robust pipeline for NASA’s civil servant workforce, for early-career, mid-level, and senior-level employees at all NASA Centers and NASA Headquarters. (b) Considerations As part of the briefing required by subsection (a), the Administrator may consider the merits of consolidating existing, disparate programs into a single, unified employee development program.
