(a) In general Section 218 of the Cranston-Gonzalez National Affordable Housing Act (42 U.S.C. 12748) is amended— (1) by striking subsection (g); and (2) by redesignating subsection (h) as subsection (g). (b) Conforming amendment Section 218(c) of the Cranston-Gonzalez National Affordable Housing Act (42 U.S.C. 12748(c)) is amended— (1) in paragraph (1), by adding and at the end; (2) by striking paragraph (2); (3) by redesignating paragraph (3) as paragraph (2); and (4) in paragraph (2), as so redesignated, by striking section 224 and inserting section 223.
