That Congress disapproves the rule submitted by the Department of the Treasury relating to Revisions to the Large Financial Institution Rating System and Framework for the Supervision of Insurance Organizations (90 Fed. Reg. 51329 (November 17, 2025)), and such rule shall have no force or effect.
