That the Senate— (1) honors the life and legacy of Robert Swan Mueller III a distinguished combat veteran and life-long public servant who dedicated his life to honoring the values of honor, courage, and commitment that are central to the United States Marine Corps; (2) commends Robert S. Mueller III for his commitment to the rule of law and to defending the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic; (3) extends its deepest condolences and sympathies to his family; and (4) requests that the Secretary of the Senate transmit an enrolled copy of this resolution to the family of Robert S. Mueller III.
