That Congress— (1) appreciates and values the indispensable contributions that law enforcement provides to our communities and our country each and every day; (2) recognizes the extraordinary sacrifice that law enforcement officers make to protect and serve their communities and their country; and (3) expresses its profound and wholehearted support for the men and women of law enforcement.
