This Act may be cited as the Protecting School Milk Choices Act of 2025.

Section 9(a)(2)(A) of the Richard B. Russell National School Lunch Act (42 U.S.C. 1758(a)(2)(A)U.S. Code — Title 42, Section 1758(a)(2)(A)View official source on GovInfo) is amended— (1) by striking clause (ii); (2) by redesignating clause (iii) as clause (iv); and (3) by inserting after clause (i) the following: (ii) shall offer students flavored and unflavored fluid milk; and (iii) may offer students lactose-free fluid milk; and.
