Types of milk offered under the school lunch program

Section 9(a)(2)(A) of the Richard B. Russell National School Lunch Act (42 U.S.C. 1758(a)(2)(A)) is amended— (1) by striking clause (ii); (2) by redesignating clause (iii) as clause (iv); and (3) by inserting after clause (i) the following: (ii) shall offer students flavored and unflavored fluid milk; and (iii) may offer students lactose-free fluid milk; and.
