Notwithstanding section 1101 of this Act, the level for the following accounts shall be as follows: (1) $20,926,000 for Department of Transportation—Office of the Secretary—Transportation Planning, Research, and Development. (2) $3,176,250,000 for Department of Transportation—Federal Aviation Administration—Facilities and Equipment. (3) $50,000,000 for Department of Transportation—Federal Aviation Administration—Airport Improvement Program. (4) $340,500,000 for Department of Transportation—Federal Highway Administration—Highway Infrastructure Programs. (5) $100,000,000 for Department of Transportation—Federal Railroad Administration—Consolidated Rail Infrastructure and Safety Improvements. (6) $45,568,868 for Department of Transportation—Federal Transit Administration—Transit Infrastructure Grants. (7) $50,000,000 for Department of Transportation—Maritime Administration—Port Infrastructure Development Program. (8) $3,430,000,000 for Department of Housing and Urban Development—Community Planning and Development—Community Development Fund.
