How the text changed
The amounts appropriated in title II of this Act are hereby reduced by $750,000,000 to reflect excess cash balances in Department of Defense Working Capital Funds, as follows: (1) From Operation and Maintenance, Army, $100,000,000; (2) From Operation and Maintenance, Navy, $450,000,000; and (3) From Operation and Maintenance, Air Force, $200,000,000.
