The authorities (including any limitations on the authorities) provided by each provision of the United States Grain Standards Act (Public Law 90–487; 7 U.S.C. 74 et seq.) and each provision of law amended by that Act, as in effect on September 30, 2025, shall continue, and the authorities (and any such limitations) shall be carried out, until the later of— (1) November 21, 2025; and (2) the date specified in the provision of that Act or the provision of law amended by that Act.
