Section 3(a)(2) of the IMPACT Act of 2014 (Public Law 113–185) is amended— (1) in subparagraph (A), by striking and at the end; (2) in subparagraph (B), by striking the period at the end and inserting; and; and (3) by adding at the end the following new subparagraph: (C) $2,000,000 for the period beginning on October 1, 2025, and ending on January 30, 2026..
