Notwithstanding section 101, the following language in title I of division D of Public Law 119–75 shall be applied as if it were struck: (1) the fourth and fifth provisos in the undesignated paragraph under the second instance of the heading Federal Aviation Administration—Grants-in-Aid for Airports; (2) of which $927,212,591 and, and of which— in the matter preceding the first proviso and all that follows through the end of the first paragraph (5) under the heading Federal Highway Administration—Highway Infrastructure Programs; (3) the second and third provisos under the heading Federal Railroad Administration—Federal-State Partnership for Intercity Passenger Rail; (4) the second and third provisos in the undesignated paragraph under the heading Federal Railroad Administration—Consolidated Rail Infrastructure and Safety Improvements; (5), of which— in the second proviso in the undesignated paragraph and all that follows through the end of that proviso under the heading Federal Transit Administration—Transit Infrastructure Grants, and the subsequent proviso; and (6), and of which $129,000,000 in the matter preceding the first proviso and all that follows through such matter under the first instance of the heading National Highway Traffic Safety Administration—Operations and Research, and the subsequent proviso.
