(a) Section 239(b) of division F of the Consolidated Appropriations Act, 2024 (Public Law 118–42) is amended by striking fiscal year 2026 and inserting fiscal year 2027. (b) (1) Subject to paragraph (2), the amendments made by this section shall become effective immediately upon enactment of this Act. (2) If this Act is enacted after September 30, 2026, the amendments made by this section shall be applied as if they were in effect on September 30, 2026.
