The Secretary shall fulfill their responsibilities to enforce the Fair Housing Act (42 U.S.C. 3601 et seq.): Provided, That none of the funds made available by this Act may be used by the Department of Housing and Urban Development to direct a grantee to undertake specific changes to existing zoning laws as part of carrying out the interim final rule entitled Affirmatively Furthering Fair Housing Revisions (90 Fed. Reg. 11020 (March 3, 2025)).
