(a) Expansion of the seniors farmers’ market nutrition program Section 4402 of the Farm Security and Rural Investment Act of 2002 (7 U.S.C. 3007) is amended— (1) in subsection (a), by striking 2008 through 2023 and inserting 2027 through 2031; and (2) in subsection (b)(1), by striking and herbs and inserting herbs, maple syrup, and tree nuts (including shelled tree nuts). (b) Authorization of appropriations The 1st sentence of section 4(a) of the Agriculture and Consumer Protection Act of 1973 (7 U.S.C. 612c note) is amended by striking 2023 and inserting 2031.
