Experience requirements

Section 302(b) of the Consolidated Farm and Rural Development Act (7 U.S.C. 1922(b)) is amended— (1) in paragraph (1), in the matter preceding subparagraph (A), by striking 3 years and inserting 2 years; and (2) in paragraph (4)— (A) in subparagraph (A)— (i) in the matter preceding clause (i)— (I) by striking 3-year and inserting 2-year; and (II) by striking 1 or 2 years and inserting 1 year; (ii) in clause (iii), by inserting or operational before responsibilities; (iii) in clause (vii), by striking or; and (iv) by adding at the end the following: (ix) met any other criteria established by the Secretary; or; and (B) in subparagraph (B), by striking 3-year and inserting 2-year.
